Purpose of this site is to encourage people to have faith in the One who loves them most, God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Comforter the Holy Spirit, they are one. Our hope is that you find resources here to give you hope and help if you are suffering trauma from abuse, a past abortion, or just need some encouragement that your life matters to God and to us. You are the reason this site exists, we care about people! God has shown His love to us and healed us of these traumas and we want every person to know His love like we have discovered.
The Bible offers answers to many of life’s questions, it’s full of truth and the gospel…the good news about Jesus coming into the world to save us. God’s word saved my life and set me free from all the deception the world throws at us. I encourage you to read it daily, start with the gospels; Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, then read Romans. It’s not so much about reading all of it very fast, it’s more about letting it sink into your heart and fall in love with the Creator as you read, even if it’s just a few verses.
Talk to Him between reading, pause and listen with your heart. This is true prayer, just speaking your heart to God, being thankful and asking Him for help with your concerns.
Help
You will find a help page with directions to other resources that are available for specific areas of needs. Please use them if they apply to your life. One of the traumatic circumstances of my life was living in a home with domestic violence and abuse. If this is you, you my friend are very dear to my heart. I want you to above all, be safe and know I understand what you’re going through and there is a way when there seems to be no way out. I cover you in prayer and encourage you to connect to local resources for help in making the changes needed to transition from fear to faith.
Steps
Also to take the actions that need to be taken to freedom from a life of abuse. Sometimes that means just getting some good marriage counsel and if both people are in agreement, healing can happen! If there is physical abuse, fear of injury or degrading behaviors then a separation is needed to stop the abuse from happening. It can be very complicated and there is help for next steps to be safe. Only you can make that decision and reach out to people trained to successfully help you.

There are other resources for you if you want someone to pray with you as well, just choose one of the 24 hour prayer lines and call. You will find people who love to pray with others because they truly care. I call these people the very hands of Jesus reaching out to show His love.
